With the new printers comes a new faxing system called E-Fax.


Incoming faxes will come to your email.  An email address called fax-(schoolname)@kalamazoopublicschools.net was created which contains your office staff so everyone in the office staff group will see incoming faxes.

Outgoing faxes will be sent through a new portal which can be accessed here: https://efax.mymetronet.net/signin


You will use fax-(schoolname)@kalamazoopublicschools.net as the login email. Office staff should already have received the username and password. If not, please calls us.


The first time you log in it should ask if you want to save it and we suggest that you do. Once you are in the portal just type in the phone number to fax it to and attach the document on the bottom and hit send.
