Student Chromebook "Not Working"

Perform a Chromebook Hardware Reset
This does a "restart" of all hardware on a Chromebook.
It will NOT erase/delete any user or lose the Wi-Fi connection.
With the Chromebook open & on:
1. Press and hold Refresh and tap Power .
2. When your Chromebook starts up, release Refresh .
If this doesn't resolve your issue please put in a ticket with Technology Services.

Please include the student ID # & the 5-Digit Kalamazoo Public Schools Asset Tag found below the barcode sticker which is on the bottom of the Chromebook.
