If necessary, launch PaperCut from the System Tray
Login to the PaperCut Client – you will only need to do this one time.
Once you have logged in you may see the Client automatically installing printers. However, not all printers are set to install automatically. To find other printers in your building click on the Add Printers link on the left-hand side.
Click on the green Install button for each additional printer you want.
