The KPS Help Desk system (FreshDesk) is integrated with your KPS Google account. If you are currently logged into your KPS Google Account, then you can access the Help Desk system easily without the need for an "extra login" :
Simply click the "Menu/Apps Block" located in the upper right corner of your main Google page (from any Google service such as Gmail, G+, or Calendar)
Then click the "More" option on the pop-up menu.
That's It ! - A new browser window/page should open for you at the main Help Desk page, where you can see your ticket history that is associated with your KPS Google email address (@kalamazoopublicschools.net).
